Love The Golden Rule, Inc. (LTGR) is a Non-Profit Medical Clinic serving the Saint Petersburg, Florida community. We provide primary care, mental health, HIV care, hepatitis C treatment, PrEP and sexual health, gynecological care, gender-affirming care, and hormone replacement therapy. Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance are accepted, and a sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify. We believe in treating every person with dignity, honesty, and the same care we would want for ourselves.
